Refund policy

Returns and refunds

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Stickers must be unused, unapplied, and in their original condition. Please contact otistherescuetortoise@gmail.com with your order number before returning an item. We will provide return instructions after approving your request.

Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable, except where required by law or when we made an error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact otistherescuetortoise@gmail.com if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

We will notify you after inspecting your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

For a different sticker, request a return of the unused item and place a separate order for the replacement.

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
