Order processing

Our target is to prepare in-stock orders for shipment within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If there is a delay, we will contact you using the information provided with your order.

Delivery

Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping service. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Express shipping does not shorten order processing time. Carrier delays can occur, and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at checkout.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to correct an address, contact otistherescuetortoise@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has shipped.
